Appointment Changes

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact Bliss Spa as early as possible through WhatsApp or phone. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Late Arrival

Late arrival may reduce the available session time or require rescheduling, depending on therapist and room availability.

Payments

Payment terms, advance requirements, and accepted payment methods should be confirmed directly before the appointment. If any advance is collected, refund or adjustment eligibility will depend on the timing of cancellation and the specific booking agreement.

Service Refusal

Bliss Spa may refuse or stop service for inappropriate conduct, unsafe behaviour, intoxication, harassment, or violation of applicable rules. In such cases, refund eligibility may be declined.
